Started from Capel Madoc after a bee meeting and climbed up to Nant yr Arian, down the Mark of Zorro and up the leg burner, around to the visitor centre and then off to Pendam before riding up over the moorland section and back down to Capel Madoc.

Felt a little slow and tired so will have a day off tomorrow.

Also, the crack in my frame are getting worse. Don't know if its just the pain or the frame itself.
